Jim Brickman Chester Concert reviews
Great band performance horrible venue!
"We paid over $100 per VIP ticket. The bathrooms in the VIP section were out of order the whole time we were there, which was a good 5 hours! Not only were there no special posters like promised, but we had to leave VIP and wait in a huge line with the rest of the venue for 1 set of bathrooms. Additionally, there was only 1 merchandise booth for the entire venue with 3 lines. For 3 lines, they literally had 5 people working in the booth. I kid you not, we were in line for 2 hours!! No wonder it took 2 hours to buy one shirt! Insane. There should have been a merchandise booth set up in the VIP section. VIP was awful for the extra price paid per ticket. Never again would I pay for it!"
